Our items are organized into categories accessible via the navigation bar at the top of the screen. Each category includes detailed item listings, images and descriptions to help you visualize your choices before placing an order. You can return to the homepage at any time by clicking the Lexus logo in the top left corner.
1.2 Product Information
All commercial and technical information provided is for reference only. Toyota Motor Europe and its suppliers reserve the right to modify this information without prior notice. Product images are non-contractual. Our webshop is exclusively available to our Lexus Network across Europe. Each market has its own laws and regulations and is responsible for managing its own orders. Markets must consult local authorities regarding any customs requirements or other legal obligations applicable before placing an order.
1.3 Pricing
Lexus Boutique Europe Webshop is a B2B platform exclusively available to our Lexus Network; we do not operate in B2C. All prices are shown in Euros, exclude VAT and shipping costs. The indicated Proposed RSP (Recommended Retail Prices) are for reference only; actual prices from authorized Lexus dealers may vary. All purchases of Lexus products are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective sales contract.
1.4 Product Availability – In Stock
Orders are processed daily. Delivery times typically range from 2 to 4 working days, depending on your selected shipping method, Economy or Express and the destination country. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order has been shipped.
1.5 Product Availability – Out of Stock
If an item is unavailable, you will be notified within 48 hours of placing your order.
2. ORDERS
2.1 Placing an Order
You can order items by adding them to your shopping cart. Availability and delivery options are shown in the cart. You may adjust quantities or remove items before finalizing your order. To proceed, click “My Cart” in the top right menu and follow the checkout steps.
2.2 Shopping Cart Management
Use the “+/-” buttons to adjust item quantities. To remove an item, click the “Bin” and select your preferred alternative. Once satisfied, click “Proceed to Checkout” to complete your purchase.
2.3 Order Cancellation
Orders cancelled by the customer are not eligible for refunds or compensation. In the event that Toyota Motor Europe or D-Side cancels an order, any payments already made will be refunded. No further compensation will be granted.
3. PAYMENT
3.1 Payment
Payments on the webshop can be made either by debit/credit card or via bank transfer to the account of D-Side SA:

The invoice and tracking details will be provided once payment has been received.
For customers paying by bank transfer, payment must be completed within 3 working days of placing the order. If payment is not received within this timeframe:
- A first reminder will be sent.
- After the second reminder, the order will be automatically cancelled.

We prioritize secure data transmission and encryption to protect your personal information.
5. DELIVERY
5.1 Delivery Services
Deliveries are handled by FedEx Courrier:
- Express Service: 1–3 working days depending on location
- Economy Service: 2–5 working days depending on location
Delivery times exclude weekends, holidays, customs delays and other unforeseen events. Delivery terms are indicative and non-binding. Delays may not give rise to compensation or cancellation.
5.2 Delivery Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on standard road transport rates. Additional charges may apply for packages exceeding 15 kg. Estimated delivery times may vary due to customs clearance or regional conditions.
Maximum package dimensions:
- Length: 200 cm
- Total contour (1 + 2 x length x height + 2 x width): 300 cm
All prices are quoted in Euros, excluding VAT. These conditions are part of our pricing policy.
6. RETURNS & FAULTY/DAMAGED PRODUCTS
6.1 Receipt, Non-Conformity & Damaged Items
Customers are required to inspect all items upon delivery for any damage, missing components, or discrepancies. To submit a delivery complaint or report damage:
- Email: Send details and supporting photos to lexusboutique@d-sidegroup.com within 5 working days of delivery.
- Delivery Slip: Clearly note specific issues on the delivery slip (general remarks such as “subject to unpacking” will not be accepted).
- Carrier Notification: Notify the carrier immediately upon delivery in case of visible damage.
- Packaging: Retain all original packaging for inspection.
Customers must provide evidence and allow D-Side or its partners to verify the claim. Involvement of third parties is not permitted.
Accepted claims will result in a replacement or, if the item is unavailable, a refund. Returned items must be in their original condition, including packaging and sent to the address indicated below.
Return shipping costs will be reimbursed upon submission of an official invoice within 10 days.
6.2 Returns
Returns are accepted if:
- the return request is made via email within 5 working days of receipt,
- the product is unused and in its original packaging and all accessories,
- transportation back to the Seller is arranged by the Buyer unless otherwise agreed.
Return requests must be submitted via email to: lexusboutique@d-sidegroup.com.
Returns are not accepted for:
- clothing,
- customised or personalised items,
- limited editions or special-event items,
- items showing wear, damage, or incomplete packaging.
Once approved, returns should be shipped by courier to:

Please include a tracking reference.
Return shipping costs and any risk of loss or damage during transit remain the responsibility of the customer.
No returns will be accepted without prior written approval from D-Side SA.
All claims shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Brussels courts.
